How to clean a scrubber drum? Do I need to use detergent?
The scrubber drum can be cleaned with general household antibacterial cleaners, which need to be diluted according to the manufacturer's specified ratio. We recommend washing the drum after every cleaning to maintain hygiene.
Can a vacuum cleaner remove moisture? Or will moisture enter the dust collector?
Only Dyson Submarine™ scrubber drum tips can be used to pick up wet debris and liquid dirt. The suction head of the scrubbing drum is equipped with intelligent suction conversion and mode detection functions, which is suitable for all aspects of scrubbing and cleaning tasks. The scrubbing drum uses Dyson's new scrubbing technology, and the water and debris absorbed will be extracted into the sewage tank behind the drum.
Can the scrubber drum head be used with my existing V12 vacuum cleaner?
The Dyson Submarine™ scrubber drum head is not compatible with any of our other vacuum cleaners, including the purchased V12. In order to intelligently switch modes between wet and dry, the software has been reinstalled for this version of the product. The old software is not suitable for scrubbing and cleaning functions.
