GR III HDF and GR IIIx HDF have built-in HDF (Highlight Diffusion Filter), which reduces the overall contrast of the image and diffuses the highlight positions, making the image softer and creating a film-like dreamy atmosphere.
Exclusive design for HDF models
Ricoh GR III HDF and GR IIIx HDF have a unique body design. The shutter button of the HDF version is painted gray silver and will show different effects in different light levels. In addition, the HDF version has an HDF icon printed on the Fn button on the back of the fuselage, and this button is used to switch HDF ON/OFF by default.
Latest features for more personalization
Three new custom white balance positions have been added. Users can preset them according to personal preferences and use them in different scenes. In addition, the latest Firmware adds a zone selection autofocus function. Users can place the 3×3 focus area in different positions, and the function will automatically focus on the subject in the area.
